Stewart was invited to an on-the-air live interview with conservative talk show radio host Rick Roberts. The focus of the March 25th discussion was supposed to be about the delays in implementing the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell since the President signed it into law three months earlier. However, it quickly became clear that Roberts wanted to talk more about whether or not it should be repealed, rather than the timelines and mechanics of repeal. Undeterred, Stewart did a wonderful job, stayed on message and made it clear that implementation was dragging out excessively. He countered a couple angry callers who didn't want to shower with gays, apparently not understanding that they already had, with no apparent harm coming to them.
